Basic requirements of setting up a Hong Kong Company:

  • must have at least one individual director over 18 years old, not necessary be a Hong Kong resident
  • minimum one shareholder (either an individual over 18 years old or a corporate), not necessary be a Hong Kong resident
  • the individual shareholder can be the sole director
  • no restriction on the amount of fully paid share capital, can be as low as HK$1
  • must have a company secretary Hong Kong(taken up by a Hong Kong permanent resident or Hong Kong company) – can be provided by us
  • must have a registered office address in Hong Kong – can be provided by us

Company name search (1/2 working day)
Obtain documents from client
  1. Company formation questionnaire
  2. Certified true copy of:
     - ID card / passport 
     - Residential address proof
       of directors and shareholder
       for due diligence purpose
Review client’s information and documents
Deliver formation documents for signatures of all directors and shareholders

(2 working days upon receiving the aforesaid client documents and payments)

Submit documents to Companies Registry

(1 working day upon receiving the original signed document from client)

Obtain Certificate of Incorporation and Business Registration Certificate from Companies Registry
